At the second meeting, we present a
preliminary work outline and a proposed budget. We invite your input and welcome
your participation in developing enhancements to the design.
Finally, before any work begins, you receive
your copy of the approved plans and specifications. The work schedule is
reviewed. You know what will happen next, every step along the way, to minimize
interference with your regular routine.
